Senior Business Analyst / System Analyst (BA/SA)

Overview:
A leading energy-sector technology organization is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts / System Analysts to bridge business and technical teams on enterprise HR system initiatives, with a strong focus on Time Attendance and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Analyze and document business processes alongside technical system design.
• Support ERP HR systems, particularly Time Attendance and Payroll modules.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, analyze stored procedures, and investigate data issues.
• Investigate and validate large volumes of data for accuracy and integrity.
• Apply microservices architecture and system integration concepts to solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience across both Business Analysis (BA) and System Analysis (SA).
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical system design.
• Experience with ERP HR systems, particularly Time Attendance and Payroll modules.
• Proficient in SQL — writing queries, troubleshooting data issues, and analyzing stored procedures.
• Ability to investigate and validate large volumes of data.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and system integration concepts.
• Able to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
