Junior Business Analyst (Application Support)

  • Position: Junior Business Analyst (Application Support)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor application issues, incidents, and service requests
  • Log, track, and follow up on issues; generate status reports and provide updates during weekly meetings
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Perform system integration testing (SIT) and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Prepare user guides and support documentation

Primary Skill Set

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination roles
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English
