Junior Business Analyst (Application Support)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application issues, incidents, and service requests
- Log, track, and follow up on issues; generate status reports and provide updates during weekly meetings
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare user guides and support documentation
Primary Skill Set
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination roles
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes, including incident, problem, and change management
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English
