Technical Trainer (Electric Vehicles / EV)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer specialising in electric vehicles (EV) to design and deliver training that ensures vehicle servicing and maintenance is carried out correctly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop both theoretical and hands-on training curricula so that EV servicing and maintenance is performed correctly and to standard.

- Design engaging activities that make learning enjoyable for participants.

- Evaluate training outcomes and follow up on participants' learning progress.

- Develop learning materials and activities in a variety of formats.

- Provide accurate technical advice and troubleshooting guidance.

- Carry out other training-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma) to Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- A genuine interest in continuous learning and self-development.

- At least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in technical work or servicing of electric vehicles (EV).

- Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to people without a technical background.

- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools such as the Launch X-431 Pro3 Link.

- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, or strong knowledge-transfer skills, is an advantage.

Compensation

- Approximately THB 40,000 to 60,000 per month.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม และติดตามผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม

- พัฒนาสื่อและกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ

- ให้คำปรึกษาปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคได้อย่างถูกต้อง

- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายในงานด้านการฝึกอบรม

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ถึงปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคนิคยานยนต์ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- สนใจการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านเทคนิคหรือซ่อมบำรุงรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) โดยตรง ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี

- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิค และสามารถอธิบายให้ผู้ที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานเข้าใจได้

- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เช่น Launch X-431 Pro3 Link

- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นวิทยากรหรือมีทักษะในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เงินเดือน

- ประมาณ 40,000 - 60,000 บาทต่อเดือน
