About the Role

Our client, a global supplier of high-precision die bonding and micro-assembly equipment, is expanding its APAC operations in Thailand. They are seeking a Business Administration Specialist to support the management, sales, and service teams as they scale the Thailand business.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the heart of a growing high-tech operation, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting administration support, including timesheets, expense management, and coordination with the accounting team
  • Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and logistics for the regional team
  • Handle document management, filing, and correspondence
  • Support reporting activities for management, sales, and service functions
  • Coordinate office operations and general business administration
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across Thailand, Malaysia, and headquarters in Europe

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a business administration, office management, or executive support role
  • Background in an international or technical company environment preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
  • Must be eligible to work in Thailand

  • A private car is preferred due to the office location.
