Our client, a global semiconductor leader, is seeking a Senior Manager Wafer Test to drive the introduction and release of new test tools and probe card technologies for their Digital/Mixed Signal (DMS) portfolio.

Your Role

• Work with internal stakeholders including product test and test technology engineers, Business Line managers, project teams, and the digital/mixed signal platform portfolio managers across Divisions and Operations to define, identify, evaluate and release "First of a Kind" tools to production
• Support the hardware design team to design, evaluate and release new probe card technologies, and drive new product probe cards to production
• Support the release of new test cells to production for DMS products, including new testers, probers, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and any major hardware configuration changes
• Identify and evaluate new tools required to support future business needs of the DMS portfolio team
• Generate ideas and implement solutions to increase productivity in collaboration with Business Line, Test Engineering, and Operations
• Support corporate quality initiatives and targets through active participation in cross-functional teams and activities
• Work with Operations colleagues to improve manufacturing master data tooling

Your Profile

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering within a development and/or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience with semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) from market-leading suppliers
• Proven experience in Wafer Test Engineering problem solving
• Understanding of processes in R&D, test development, or test hardware design and technology highly desirable
• Knowledge of wafer probers and package test handlers from market-leading suppliers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English
• Ability to align stakeholders in a multicultural and international environment
