Product Planning Officer (Japanese/English Speaking)

About the Role

We are hiring a bilingual Product Planning Officer to oversee the planning, localisation, and promotion of IT products for the regional market. The role involves coordination with Japan-based teams and regional partners to ensure product competitiveness and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product planning, pricing, and local adaptation of IT services and software.
• Collaborate with international and local teams to align product roadmaps.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
• Support sales teams with product information and promotional materials.
• Facilitate communication between regional and HQ teams in Japanese and English.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in product planning, IT business development, or solution sales.
• Business-level communication in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or higher).
• Strong analytical, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of cloud or digital services preferred.
